The “Sound of Music” at Exeter Hall 10:30am 22nd Sep

Come and listen to Nicholas Hammond, actor, producer and writer who is perhaps best known for his role as Friedrich von Trapp in the film “The Sound of Music” at Exeter Village Hall. 10:30-12:00 noon. Hosted by the Southern Highlands branch of The National Trust, morning tea will be served.

Cost: $25 Members, $28 Non-members

Theatre at Exeter Village Hall 1pm 16th Sep

The Pocket Players (run by Pauline Furlong and now a resident of Exeter) are to perform for the first time in the Exeter Village Hall, 1pm Saturday 16th September. The play ‘Love Letters’ is a romance by AR Gurney, featuring Mike Barnacoat as Andrew Makepeace Ladd III and Elaine Hudson as Melissa Gardner. EVA Raffle Drawn at Village ‘Get-Together’ 18th Nov

Tickets for the current EVA Raffle will be sold and drawn at the Exeter Village ‘get-together’ at the Hall and Oval on 18th November, so please remember to bring any raffle ticket stubs with you.

Prizes include a one-night package at Sydney Hilton, dinner for two at the Bundanoon Dining Room, Banjo’s Run wine and a painting by Jan Powditch.
