Santa will be driving around Exeter in his big red sleigh from 5.30pm 12th December. He’ll be leaving the Rural Fire Service Station at 5.30pm and do the loop around Exeter finishing at the Oval playground at 6.30pm.

Exeter Remembrance Day 11th Nov 2018

Exeter Village hosted a moving and memorable Remembrance Day service for 125+ members of the public on Sunday, 11th November 2018. Many locals contributed their time, effort and items to this event, including Captain Graham Brown, Silas Sonter, Neil Hughes, Richard Irvine and Scott Catford of the 1st Australian Light Horse. The service comprised a prayer of remembrance by Rev Robert Meischke of St Aidan’s, a reading of ‘In Flanders Fields’ by students of Exeter public school, and the playing of the last post and reveille by bugler Robert George. Exeter Sings ‘What Sweeter Music’ 9th Dec

Celebrate Christmas this year with “Exeter Sings” at the Exeter Village Hall (opposite the General Store) at 7pm, Sunday, December 9. Bring your voice and festive spirit to join us in singing some of your all-time favourite carols. Stay for a complimentary supper prepared by the choristers, following the performance. EVA General Meeting Monday 19th Nov

The last General Meeting for 2018 will be held at Exeter Village Hall at 6pm, Monday 19th November.

Please stay on for a glass of pre-Christmas cheer and nibbles, courtesy of EVA. A small way for EVA to give thanks to all members, their partners and friends who’ve given their time, expertise and efforts to the many events and behind-the-scenes activities of EVA in 2018.

Exeter Village Get-Together 17th Nov
